Onsite coronavirus antibody test – for business and professional use only
The Salubritas IgM-IgG Combined Antibody Rapid Test is one of the world’s first rapid screening tests for the identification of coronavirus infection from 21 days after exposure to the virus or 7 days onwards after the onset of symptoms. This accurate screening test is used widely in Germany to identify a body’s response to COVID-19 infections and has been deemed ‘fit for use’ from the NHS.
During an extensive review of the technical data of the current COVID-19 immunoassay devices available, our scientific team deemed our COVID-19 screening devices as the most accurate. Additionally, the reliability and accuracy of our COVID-19 antibody screening kits has been verified during a recent NHS evaluation.
The individually packaged, single-use antibody test detects both early and late marker IgM/IgG antibodies in human finger-prick blood samples, therefore highlighting a recent infection that may still be active (IgM) or a previous infection (IgG).
Are rapid COVID-19 tests accurate?
Scientists found that for those showing symptoms, rapid tests were right 80% of the time. That number is down from the reported 96.7% when the FDA gave urgent use authorization back in May. In those not showing symptoms, preciseness dropped to just 41.2%. There can be false positives and false negatives too.
How is a rapid Covid test performed?
Until now, the majority of COVID-19 rapid determiantion tests have been done with a nasal or throat swab. They identifyed a protein that is part of the coronavirus. These rapid tests are specifically useful for identifying a person who is at or near peak infection.

The salubritas test kit will detect the virus in throat swabs and nasopharyngeal swabs in an active infection. A positive antibody test does not indicate a current infection.
How long do the antibodies last?
Researcher’s investigation into the immune response to the virus is on-going. At this time it is too soon to know how long antibodies will last or how protective they may be.
